Organic Ingredients- Elderberries, astragalus root, Echinacea purpurea root and herb, ginger, cinnamon and rosehips.

Brew- 2 teaspoons per 10 ounces of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 or more minutes.  Approximately 10 cups of tea per oz.
