Pistachio Cardamom Nut Butter

We are obsessed with pistachio in all forms, and we could never quite find a pistachio butter that wasn’t too sweet, had clean ingredients, and felt a little more special than what’s out there, so we made one ourselves. Buttery, toasty pistachios are blended with velvety cashews, hand-ground cinnamon, vibrant cardamom, and a touch of coconut sweetness for a warming, unexpected cloud of flavor. We hand-grind cardamom pods sourced from a single-estate regenerative farm in Guatemala, and if you’re not familiar with cinnamon’s more elusive cousin, you’re in for a treat - golden, complex, warming, sweet, tart, floral, citrusy, and herby all at once, cardamom is one of those spices that makes everything it touches extra beautiful, and this nut butter is no exception.
