Organic Ingredients- Lemon balm, passionflower, milky oat tops, California poppy, lemon verbena, chamomile, rosehips, and licorice. 

Brew- 1 tablespoon per 10 ounces of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 or more minutes. Loose leaf Approximately 10 cups of tea per oz
